Zeriko Teach privacy

Current boundary: Teach does not automatically record meetings, generate transcripts, or process payments. When the lesson workspace is available, participants can choose to share short practice recordings.

Identity and records

Teach uses your existing Zeriko account identity. Teacher applications, profiles, bookings, homework, and completion events live in Teach-specific records; Teach does not import Zeriko or World learning progress.

Data used

Teach uses identity and role information, moderated public teacher information, timezone-aware availability, bookings, meeting links, teacher–learner relationships, homework, and completion events. Access is limited by ownership, relationship, and moderator role.

Meetings

A teacher may provide a Google Meet, Zoom, Daily, or other HTTPS meeting URL. Teach does not require Google login merely because Google Meet is used.

Optional practice recordings

The lesson workspace asks for your agreement before opening the microphone. You can listen to or discard a local recording before sharing it. Sharing uploads the audio to private Teach storage, accessible to the two lesson participants. Each recording is limited to two minutes and ten megabytes. The mentor can add feedback; the person who uploaded the recording can delete it and its feedback. Shared audio remains stored until deleted. This feature does not record a meeting or generate a transcript; any accompanying text is entered by the participant.

Your controls

Production support must provide correction, deletion, reporting, and account-support routes. This text requires jurisdiction-specific legal review.
